Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, by giving me a text or call, any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 40% charge of service with the payment information on file.
NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY
Missing your appointment without notifying Serving Face by Noura before your appointment time will result in 100% charge of your appointment.
LATE POLICY
Late arrivals may run into the next client’s appointment time. To keep things fair for everyone, arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice may be considered a missed appointment and subject to a 40% service fee. I encourage arriving 1015 minutes early to allow time for parking.
